help–can i dry clean a wool blend blazer?!?

I found a herringbone blazer that I love–which I lost a few months ago! So it needs to be cleaned because it just looks dengy. It says to handwash cold, but I dont think that’s going to make it look a whole lot better. It doesn’t say to dry clean, but that seems more sensible to me. Since its tweed/herringbone it’s hard to tell which parts need cleaned the most…etc.. Do you have any suggestions??? I want this to look new like when I bought it. It’s just a year or two old, but I wore it a lot when I first got it and it’s been under the stairs since then collecting dust. What should I do?? Any tips/suggestions?? It’s wool blend. Thanks!

Unless it states “do not dryclean” it can be drycleaned.
