Is it uncommon for a man to wear a “small” sized tshirt his whole life?

I’m 20 years old and I still wear a size small in tshirts. This is for slim, yet loose fit.

I only weigh 140 lbs and I am 5”11 (I’ve been a distance runner since 8th grade)

However, is it uncommon for a man to wear a size small his whole life?
