Fashionable shoes with arch support!!!?

I walk around and stand all day for work and i have to wear fashionable/ dressy shoes at all times( i work in a sophisticated fashionable retail store that sells the most uncomfortable shoes to exist). My feet arent so much the problem any more, its now my knees and my back that are constantly the problem and i am only TWENTY years old! I mostly wear flats to work, and sometimes switch off between my heels and flats. everyone keeps telling me that i need more arch support, which my flats do not offer, but i’m absolutely no interested in wearing heels to work when i stand and walk for 8 hours, because that only adds pain, now my feet will hurt. so, can you tell me what kind of FASHIONABLE and AGE APPROPRIATE (someone 20-30, i dont want to be caught dead wearing grandmas orthepedic shoes) i can buy, what brands offer these at a reasonable price$100 or less. The only thing that seems remotely appealing to me is cole haan nike air- but i have read reviews that there isnt much arch support
