What would be the cheapest solution to cut a 3/8″ thick hardened steel chain?

Nothing I own seems to do it.

Tungsten Carbide Hacksaw blade will do the trick. They can be had for as little as $2.00. It’ll take less time than you think, but it will take a bit of time. It will saw through hardened steel. The best ones I have used are made by Innovative Carbide Manufacturing, Inc. They are a little more expensive, but at least you will be sure you didn’t waste any money.
