disinfecting Stainless steel?

if I bought a pre-owned expensive watch, how should I clean and disinfect the Stainless steel bracelet?
can you use rubbing alcohol on Stainless steel ?
it won’t rust it?

Rubbing alcohol will certainly disinfect it. Vineager will also get some more crud out of it, if it was worn a lot. You may also want to take metal polish to it, to really make it shine. Not brass or silver polish, but metal polish. You can find it. After using this polish, rinse VERY thoroughly, to get to polish out of the many hinges.
