What color shirt can i wear with navy blue shorts?

I think brown would look awesome, though, in a shade lighter or darker than the shorts with eye catching sleeves so that it’s not so boring.
{example: those cute slightly poofy ‘princess’ sleeves}

Or a white and red stripe for that hot nautical look.
