~~I have a friend of mines dad here (he is a retired plumber) he is replacing hoses on my washing machine. Do I tip him and how much? Also ,,, hmmm wondering how much this will cost me?,,,he is replacing the to rubber hoses with stainless steal ones……

I am retired and help neighbors like this at times. He will probably have $25.00 to $30.00 in the hoses. Would ask Him how much You owe Him. $20.00 for labor should be good if He is only doing you a favor. If He says nothing for labor Offer Him $20.00 + price of the hoses. He may not take it but if He is like Me He does appreciate the offer….
