Change date on my Pierre Cardin watch?

I bought a Pierre Cardin watch (PCS1004WS) and got a new battery for it. Everything except the date is correct and I can’t figure out how to change it. The crown can only set the minute/hour hands and turning it past midnight doesn’t change the date. Does anyone know how to change the date on a Pierre Cardin swiss movement?

The crown usually has two settings – the first you get when you pull it out one notch (set time) then you have to pull on it harder (as if you want to pull it out of the watch) and there is a click at the second setting (this is used to set the date)
