What is the black care package in Call of Duty Blacks Ops.?

Yesterday I came across a black rectangle on my mini map while playing black ops. I went over to it and it was a care package that was black. There was no option to capture it or change it with my hardline pro so I left it alone. I was just wondering if any of you know what that is or how you get it???

It means someone one your team has sabotaged an enemy care package.
