Altogether, the Cintura 2000 seems to be an all rounder in its class and an unbeatable competition to the rival machines of its class, be it in terms of the money one has to shell out or the features that one is looking for in an elliptical machine.

I have like 3 months off of vacation and i was wondering does it helps out.
And tips on how to improve running in cross country and how many miles to run.
I do cross country and i have a treadmill and it helps out a lot so i would definitly say use the treadmill.
