Do the nike pro and underarmor shirts really help you stay warm or cool?
I was just wondering. i really dont think it does anything. and also do nike shocks really help you jump higher? thanks
“heat gear” keeps you cool because the fabric is light weight and designed that your sweat evaporates quickly. If you play a sports like soccer or lacrosse, where you’re running the entire game, tshirts can get really heavy with sweat.
Yes, the “cold gear” keeps you warm. I wear an Under Armour shirt and leggings under my clothes when I’m outside for a long period of time in the winter. It really does work.
