Where can I buy mens petite shorts?

My husband has only a 28″ leg and whenever he buys shorts they are always too long for him. An ordinary pair of shorts come to his knee! I know for women most shops have a petite range for the shorter woman. Is there any such shop for a man?

Men’s sizes don’t run in petite, at least not in most of America. Gavin Newsome can probably direct you to a place that sells men’s petite.
