Can anyone help me decide on track shoes?
Okay, I’m looking for cheap but good track spike shoes. 20-30 or maybe 40 dollar range. I’m joining track probably short and maybe some long distance. 100-400?
I’ve been thinking I might pick this one

Those shoes are good, but the only problem is that it is only for sprinting. You said that you might do long distance as well. My advice is that you buy Mid Distance Spike Shoes b/c I was just like you in my Freshman Year. Here is a good one for both distances:

I have the exact same shoes and they work really good. You could probably find it for a cheaper price, but I just gave the link to show you what it looks like.
