Why do a lot of lesbians dress like men?

I’m honestly not taking the piss out of lesbians (it’s their choice) and I know that not all lesbians dress like men. Its just that, if one of them dresses up as a man surely it implies that they like men, shouldn’t they both look like girls. Once again, I’m not insulting lesbians.

Once lesbians have gone that weird don’t expect to get a straight answer out of them or the YA community.
