I’d like to find a website that teaches the basics about alternative therapies that I can do at home (because they are not offered by professionals in my town… or state.) Books that teach how to do these things would also be appreciated.

If you know of other alternative therapies which can be done (or studied to do later) at home, please list those also, and where I can learn how to do them (very cheaply or for free).

Its very difficult to learn these skills without hands on experience and guidance. Books will teach you the theory and basic positioning but not how hard to press etc.
