How to keep from breaking out while wearing a hat/baseball cap?

So I like to wear hats to like school and such, but seems like every time I put one on, I get zits on my forehead like 5 minutes after I take it off. I have short hair so oily hair isnt a problem.

Any way of doing this? Thanks!

thats nuts man. try using some basic acne meds like salicylic acid. if that doesnt work step it up to benzoil peroxide or something like that. Wash frequently.
