Return American Eagle Outfitters jeans without tag on?
I just bought a new pair of jeans from American Eagle Outfitters, but when I tried it at home, it was a bit too big for me. I was planning on returning it, but my little brother tore off the tag. I still have the tag; it’s just not on the jeans. I also have the receipt.
Can I still return the jeans with the receipt and tag, but with the tag not on the jeans?
call and ask talk to a manager not the person answering the phone. Some stores have strange policies, American eagle is a bigger store so if I would have to guess I would say ya. I know walmart does everyday. Make sure you have the receipt. Also get the persons name you talked to, Don’t go in and be like the manager said i could. Good luck.
