Does law enforcement typically per sue credit card abuse depending on the severity of the case,say about $500?
I’ve read on the web that alot of times law enforcement doesn’t have the man power or means to persue credit card cases. How important do you think it would be to a town about 60,000 people? If the mother filed against the daughter….do they even care about that stuff. If charged is it considered a felony?
Well if the mother said the daughter did it, then they have a possibly suspect right away. That one wouldn’t take a whole of tracking and investigating. I’m sure they would interview the daughter and get to the bottom of it.
Yes, it can be considered a felony.
