What is the Default Brightess on MacBook?

Hi, I have the white unibody MacBook with 7 hour battery. What is the default brightness, out of the sixteen notches you get when you brighten or darken the display using the F1 and F2 buttons?

Apple usually has it set all the way up with the controls of the monitor under Energy Saver so that would be the following I found a pic of it

As for me when viewing movies it’s high on most everything else I try to keep it lower using the F1 and F2 like you posted. If this is to save battery power also remember the Keyboard, as well as the internet connections as Flash and QuickTime movies really use the power up or some websites have so many items running in the background I will use “Command + Period” it stops the page from loading.
