How should I prepare for my Black Belt Test?
My Black Belt Test is in 12 days…
Could anyone give me some tips on how to prepare for this test?
How to eat, how to rest, etc.
The test is 4 days long.
The 1st day I have to arrive at the Shotokan dojo at 7:00 pm.
The test continues until the end of the 2nd day.
We go home and rest the 3rd day.
We return at 7:00 again on the 3rd day, and the test continues until the final day, and the test is done.
do light training the day before. Your body needs a good rest to be ready for the test. Go over your grading requirements over and over again lightly, and also in your mind. To the point where you have no doubt on what you need to do. (don’t stress yourself out though).
